Green Energy EPC Consortium
About the Green Energy EPC

Arceland is initiator and founder of the Green Energy EPC Consortium in order to have the ability to develop and invest in big scale renewable projects.
The Green Energy EPC Consortium has been formed by some of Bulgaria’s leading companies to combine international ‘best practices’ with local experience and cost control to provide the optimal ‘turn- key’ solution for the design, construction and operation of renewable energy plants.
Included in the Consortium team are Arceland Management Limited, Energoremont Holding AD, Metatron MT Limited and Solar Systems Limited. Together they provide a staff of over [1400] fulltime professionals specializing in all forms of electrical energy generation, with combined business experience in Bulgaria of over 80 years. This broad and deep platform assures that the Consortium will be able to staff and execute multiple development projects simultaneously under tight project schedules – a key consideration under the legal regime recently created under Bulgaria’s new Law on Renewable Energy Sources.
The Consortium meets all standards for ‘bankability’ and provides comprehensive ‘all risk’ insurance that gives investors full confidence that their projects will be delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest levels of quality. In addition, the Consortium is able to provide the low price solution by taking full advantage of Bulgaria’s labor and manufacturing cost advantages, and by using the buying power of its large project inventory to extract the best pricing on high quality components from leading international manufacturers

Our services
Our Consortium is fully licensed and qualified to provide ‘turn-key’ solutions for all aspects of the design, procurement, permitting, construction, certification, connection, operation and maintenance of new PV power plants in Bulgaria.
Because of our volume purchasing power, the Consortium is able to obtain extremely favorable prices on components and equipment such as PV panels and inverters from leading international suppliers. Furthermore, our control of the fabrication and manufacture of PV panel racks eliminates any middlemen, again resulting in the lowest possible costs. Our economies of scale allow us to optimize labor costs as well. And our extensive and longstanding relations with the regulatory authorities assure timely processing of all required permit applications and approvals.
Most importantly, our combined contracting experience in Bulgaria of over 60 years assures the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our performance.
