ARCELAND ENERGY: Investment and EPC/O&M
Management Company

Arceland has created a wholly owned company, Arceland Energy Ltd, in order to invest, build and manage PV (photo-voltaic) renewable energy projects in Bulgaria. On this respect the company has already achieved the acquisition of projects with total capacity of around 90 MW and has raised equity in order to develop them.

The program of Arceland Energy includes the arrangement of the leverage, the construction, supply of bankable equipment, insurance, connection, operation and maintenance. On the EPC/O&M side, it operates jointly with a leading licensed Bulgarian firm, on a JV form. The total program of Arceland Energy will employ around 180 million euros in equity and debt over a period of two years.

On the renewable energy sector, Arceland Management has initiated the formation of a major EPC Consortium in Bulgaria, the Green Energy EPC Consortium, together with the leaders of the Bulgarian market; companies “Energoremont Holding AD”, “Metatron Ltd” and “Solar Systems Ltd”. The aim of the consortium is to provide unique western-level EPC and O&M services for large scale projects of 10 MW above, each. The Green Energy EPC Consortium is located at the same address with the Arceland companies and has its own website www.greenepc.net.
