Agricultural Land Management

AGROLANDS.COM is the special program of Arceland and EuroCapital Finance, created to assist investors to acquire agriculture land in NE Bulgaria, with the assistance of our Russe office. EF owns more than 1000 hectares of land in this region and has developed an excellent relationship with local producers who lease the land and offer a net 6% to 8% on annual basis. The entry of Bulgaria to the EU has allowed the farmers to use new technology and receive substantial operating subsidies. The structural funds of the EU have created excellent prospects for further improvement of the regional potential, which will inevitably drive the value of the land to much higher levels. One estimate indicates prime Bulgarian agricultural land may appreciate by as much as over 500% by 2020.
