The AFI (Arceland Fixed Income) platform is a second new initiative of Arceland. The scope of this investment vehicle is to acquire first class income producing properties in Bulgaria and to provide property and asset management services for these properties. The vehicle offers investors a mix of building types, each with high quality tenants, while producing attractive yields. The initial plan is to acquire existing ‘best in class’ inventory made available by the current stress in the market, and thereafter to develop AFI’s own additional inventory for placement in the post-crisis market. In combination this strategy is intended to build an inventory of €200 million in prime income producing assets by the end of 2013.
